Four Star Leadership Announces High School Students Accepted into 2020 World-Class Program

For Immediate Release: June 8, 2020

​Four Star Leadership with General Tommy Franks is proud to announce the 100 high school students selected for its world-class summer leadership program, which will be held virtually July 13-17. Four Star Leadership provides students the opportunity to develop leadership skills through curriculum, speech and writing competitions and experiences with respected leaders.

Four Star Leadership with General Tommy Franks is a partnership between the General Tommy Franks Leadership Institute and Museum and Oklahoma Christian University. Due to the global pandemic, the program has been re-imagined into a multi-day, virtual experience for students. This will include the opportunity to learn leadership techniques from front runners in various fields, interactive sessions and activities and the opportunity to earn generous scholarships through persuasive speech and writing competitions.
 
Program curriculum is designed around the four core principles that led now-retired Gen. Tommy Franks through his 38-year military career: character, common vision, communication and caring.
